    Global Graphic Designer Senior

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    We invite you to join the newly formed team, within the Marketing Communications department, as a Global Senior Graphic Designer. 
    You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our global brand in collaboration with cross-functional teams in various markets (Europe, Asia - Pacific and the USA).

    Long story short, this role consists of two areas: 
    • Develop existing and create new corporate design guidelines, 
    • Create and lead design graphic projects. ✍️

    Your responsibilities: 
    • Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for global marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, social media content, and advertisements.
    • Lead design projects from concept through final execution, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
    • Coordinating with subcontractors the pre-production, production and post-production process of videos/animations and assuring the proper price/quality ratio of delivery.
    • Create and supervise branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
    • Opportunity to work on and create new corporate identity guidelines, defining the visual language of the brand.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all markets, providing feedback and support to local marketing communications teams as needed. 
    • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into workflows.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting,
    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software,
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen understanding of branding and marketing principles,
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Polish),
    • Very good organizational skills, setting priorities, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines,
    • Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives and corporate design guidelines. 
    That will be your additional asset: 
    • Experience in digital marketing design, including social media graphics and online ads,
    • Motion design skills in After Effects or Premiere.
