    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    We invite you to join our newly formed team as a Global Digital Marketing Specialist, to play a critical role in the implementation and execution of the global digital marketing strategy. 

    Your main goal will be overseeing social media, online advertising initiatives and SEO to enhance the brand visibility, engagement across various digital platforms, and drive conversions. 

    You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimizing website user experience, and leveraging analytics to measure and report on performance. 


    Your tasks: 
    • Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various digital channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives in line with global digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content tailored to target audiences across all digital platforms.
    • Manage and optimize website content and user experience, ensuring that it supports campaign goals and aligns with SEO best practices. 
    • Monitor and report on digital traffic and site performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance site usability and effectiveness.
    • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing actionable insights on metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates as well as ROI for digital initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support the development of digital marketing strategies and contribute to the overall marketing plan of the organization.
    What You Need to Succeed
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns 
      • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Polish).
    • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and interpreting data to drive decisions.
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & accuracy and the ability to interpret data and trends.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment as well as independently.
    • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
