AP Accountant Assistant f/m/d (Mandatory Contract)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
You will be supporting our AP Team in daily accounting activities and month-end closing of various reporting units. 
  • Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces .
  • Posting of IC invoices. 
  • Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation. 
  • Managing generic mailbox . 
  • Bank data confirmation process in English.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing, minimum B2 is a must).
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓.
  • Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with customers.
  • Attention to details.
