Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Junior AP Accountant (f/m/d) to support our AP Team. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their accounting skills while contributing to daily accounting activities and month-end closing processes across multiple reporting units. 

Your main tasks: 
  • Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces , 
  • Posting of IC invoices, 
  • Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation, 
  • Preparing automatic and manual payments, 
  • Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation, 
  • Managing generic mailbox , 
  • Bank data confirmation process in English.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 6 months / 1 year experience in a multinational company,
  • Knowledge of English B2 minimum,
  • Excel skills (basic level),
  • Numerical and analytical skills,
  • Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Attention to detail.
