Technical Support Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing and electro-chemistry products – repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
  • Resolving product or service problems.
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
  • Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proficiency in French and English language,
  • Good communication and planning skills, as well as customer orientation,
  • Tech savvy mindset. 
That will be your additional asset: 
  • SAP or other ERP system experience, 
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer facing role will be an asset, 
  • Knowledge of other language like German, Spanish or Italian.
