Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In Sales Administration Specialist role, you will receive purchase orders directly from the end customer, enter these into SAP and sort out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products. In addition, you'll deliver customer services to Mettler-Toledo end customers via email.

Key task and responsibilities:
  • entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way,
  • ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP CRM,
  • sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally,
  • being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken - min. B2 level),
  • Experience on similar position would be an asset,
  • Very good MS Office skills,
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset,
  • Strong focus to details,
  • Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
  • Good understanding of complex business processes.
