Talent Acquisition Assistant (civil contract)

- Ensuring data accuracy and keeping our ATS up to date.
- Scheduling interviews and phone calls, as well as coordinating the calendars of candidates and everyone involved in the meetings.
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements across various platforms.
- Providing candidates with feedback, based on the guidance received, and acting as their first point of contact.
- Supporting the team with other project-related activities, such as Employer Branding initiatives and other HR projects.
- The role also offers the opportunity to gradually expand your responsibilities. In the future, depending on business needs, your learning progress and how you perform in your other responsibilities, the role may also include initial applicant screening and initial phone screens with candidates. This would be a natural next step for someone who feels comfortable with the day-to-day tasks and is interested in developing further in the recruitment field.

- Knowledge of, or interest in and willingness to develop in, the field of recruitment.
- Very good command of English and Polish.
- Excellent attention to detail – this is a key requirement.
- Very good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, or a strong willingness to learn and confidence in using technology.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work 25–40 hours per week during the company’s regular working hours, ideally for a few hours each weekday.
- A civil-law contract until the end of August 2027.
