Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Join Mettler-Toledo as a Back-office Specialist with Spanish, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our organization by handling administrative task with precision and efficiency. Your duties will include the following:
  • Service contracts administration,
  • Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer,
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract renewal,
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team,
  • Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's,
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions (would be an asset),
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish (min. B2 level),
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception, excellent attention to detail
  • High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness,
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
