Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated service back-office support to assist our sales team with routine administrative functions. Service is an integral part in our business, we pride ourselves in providing unmatched best-in-class comprehensive services to help our customers realize the quality, precision, performance of our products over a long lifetime.

  • Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner
  • Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer
  • Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately
  • Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers
  • Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team
  • Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
  • RBO skills 
  • Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager


What You Need to Succeed

Requirements

·Some experience in commercial practice and sales admin experience

·Understanding in SAP CRM is a plus attribute

·Proficient in Microsoft Office

·Adaptable, multi-tasking, good organisational skills

·Ability to adapt to fast pace working environment

·A good team player

·Good command in English and Chinese

·ITE/ Diploma equivalents
