- 承担新技术，新方法的研究，进行技术选型和原型验证，推动技术创新在新产品中的落地。
- 深度使用Azure DevOps，主导构建，维护和优化适用于嵌入式C/C++项目的持续集成，持续交付流水线，推动高质量交付。
- 负责现有产品的日常维护，包括处理质量问题、持续改进等。
- 在SAFe规模化敏捷框架下，与跨职能团队成员紧密协作，主动沟通，共同对产品增量负责。
- 教育背景
- 计算机，软件工程或相关专业，本科及以上，硕士优先。
- 必备技能和能力要求
- 精通C/C++编程 ,拥有超过5年的嵌入式开发经验，深刻理解面向对象，内存管理，数据结构和算法。
- 具备丰富的多线程，性能分析和优化经验。
- 熟悉常见的设计模式，并能编写高效，可移植，可维护的代码。
- 熟练掌握Azure DevOps，Visual studio以及QT creator等开发工具链。
- 深刻理解并实践过敏捷开发方法论，具备在迭代中交付价值的能力。
- 出色的分析与解决问题的能力，能独立攻关复杂技术难题。
- 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备技术分享的热情。
- 强烈的责任心和主人翁意识，对代码质量和最终产品负责。
- 良好的英文听说读写能力，能够适应并支持国际化工作环境。
