Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • 负责为新产品导入项目、预研究项目和生产转移等项目制定总体计划、阶段性目标和实施计划。
  • 负责项目进度、范围、成本和质量管理，协调内外部资源，确保项目工作能有序开展。
  • 负责项目风险管理，带领团队解决问题。
  • 负责主持项目会议、定期汇报、解决冲突、平滑资源，保障项目的日常运行。
  • 协助产品的上市、退市和其他维护工作。
  • 为项目团队成长提供培训、帮助并负责变革和实施。
  • 辅导敏捷开发团队，负责带领敏捷开发团队进行持续交付。
What You Need to Succeed
  • 教育背景
    • 本科或以上理工科学历。
  • 工作经验
    • 5年以上担任项目经理或scrum master经验。
    • 具有电路设计或软件开发三年以上工作经验者优先。
    • 具有仪表或自动化设备行业经验者优先。
    • 同时具备软硬件结合的项目、硬件为主的项目、软件为主项目管理经验者优先。
    • 获得PMP和Scrum master认证者优先。
  • 专业技能要求 
    • 精通瀑布式开发和敏捷开发的工作流程。
    • 能归纳、总结、优化流程，持续促进项目管理的改进。
    • 具备在多职能的矩阵型组织中管理项目和协调资源的能力，能和项目组成员、干系人建立良好的信任和合作关系。
    • 能适应多线并行的工作方式，善于发现和解决问题。
    • 积极主动、结果导向、有良好的抗压能力。
    • 能用英语作为工作语言。
