Quality Manager
Location Princeton, New Jersey, United States Date posted June 23, 2026 Job ID 22425 Pay Range $110,000 - $130,000- Leading resolution of global quality issues and act as the primary interface for customer quality concerns.
- Managing warranty processes including tracking failed parts, RMAs, and free-of-charge replacements.
- Collaborating with Technical Support and Service teams for rapid issue resolution.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting Cost of Quality and warranty trends, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Leading root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Supporting new product development with Quality by Design principles and predictive reliability engineering.
- Owning and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal audits.
- Partnering with suppliers to enhance incoming product quality and reliability.
- Fostering a Zero-Defect quality culture with ongoing training and awareness initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing quality role.
- Strong expertise in SAP Quality Management, ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 or 14001 standards, audits, and internal audit techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, etc.)
- Experience supporting NPDI, reliability engineering, and quality in product development.
- Experience applying Lean principles to office and operational environments.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
