Telesales Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing an opportunity pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads, quotes and activities.
  • Constantly demonstrating selling skills and intention to sell.
  • Sales of products via the phone and electronic media (emails, chat, webinar).
  • Sales calls to designated accounts, both customers and prospects.
  • Preparation of reports as required.
  • Liaising with Product Managers for continuous product and application training and to assist with marketing campaigns.
  • Cooperating closely with field sales representatives to drive communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Assisting with general marketing activities where appropriate.

What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor level education in a relevant engineering field (Highly desired)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• High level of enthusiasm 
• Excellent customer service skills - listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
• Excellent ability with web and electronic tools
Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service roles and use of CRM systems highly regarded.
