Sales Representative
Location Phoenix, Arizona, United States Date posted September 03, 2026 Job ID 22989- Travel regularly to customer sites and regional meetings to support sales activities
- Prospect for new customers, build relationships, and close service agreements
- Promote maintenance agreements and other service solutions to targeted accounts
- Develop and manage annual revenue goals and strategic account action plans
- Partner with Lab and Industrial sales and service teams to present differentiated solutions
- Prepare proposals, manage pricing, and support the administration of service agreements
- Coordinate customer account strategies and service offerings within the assigned territory
- Maintain knowledge of applicable industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Manage customer opportunities, requirements, and account information in SAP CRM Prioritize sales activities, support onboarding and training, and maintain knowledge of service offerings and internal processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- At least five years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Formal training in sales techniques and account management required
- Prior sales experience and strong customer focus preferred
- Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or database systems; SAP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify issues and take corrective action independently
- Ability to collaborate professionally and effectively across departments and teams
