Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Intern to join our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, allowing you to learn about IT service management and business process automation. 
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents. 
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in developing and testing new ServiceNow features.
  • Support the IT team in maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Document processes and assist with user training materials.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Basic understanding of IT service management concepts. 
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms or similar ITSM tools is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
