Market Manager - LabTec

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Market Manager-LabTec to drive the implementation of LabTec sales and marketing strategies for Market Organizations (MOs) within the APAC region (excl. China) in order to achieve top-line growth targets. You will also be responsible to lead growth plan development and implementation with local organizations, ensures strong two-way communication between LabTec and MOs, and serves as voice of market within LabTec. Also, you will be responsible to coach and support MOs with 3rd party channel management know how (VAR's, dealers).

i) Market Management: Business Support to Drive LabTec Growth

You are responsible for the development of the LabTec business, with direct oversight of the assigned Market Organizations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for LabTec communications, facilitating an effective two-way exchange of key information and feedback. You will engage in regular face-to-face and virtual meetings to foster collaboration and alignment.

  • Win Market Organization (MO) mindshare for LabTec to ensure adequate focus und commitment.
  • Plan and facilitate business review meetings, involving management from MOs and SBU.
  • Jointly develop and execute local growth plans. Conduct strategic market assessments and propose recommended actions to address the identified gaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action when required.
  • Collect and share MO best practices related to marketing, sales operations, and other MO activities.
  • Stay close with the SPGs; collaborate and align campaigns, actions and needs.
  • Coach and support MO's 3rd party channel management program (where applicable).
  • Provide regular reports to the LabTec management team.

ii) Market Intelligence: Know our Customer and Markets to Make Better Decisions

  • Support the SBU’s to collect, prepare and assess market information based on gathering regular customer feedback via direct accounts visits and MO exchange. 
  • Collect feedback on market, tool and collateral needs, and any other relevant MO feedback. Ensure critical information feeds back to SPGs.
  • Support organization of Market Advisory Team meeting.
What You Need to Succeed

Requirements: 

  • Degree in any Science/Engineering or related field from a reputable University.
  • More than 3 years of work experience in B2B business development, sales or other sales related functions is required.
  • Ability to network and to communicate across different teams with various cultural background.
  • Analytical mindset - ability to prioritize, to solve problems and to uncover solutions.
