For the DBS Digital Talent Graduate Program, we seek talented individuals who are passionate about growth, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in a digitally evolving world. 

What You Need to Succeed 
  • Education: A Master’s degree, preferably in Informatics, STEM fields, or related disciplines. 
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a digital environment, business operations, Human Resource or Shared Services is preferred. 
  • Mindset: A genuine passion for technology, high learning agility, and an entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude. 
  • Resilience: Dedication to achieving goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Cultural Fluency: Openness to diverse perspectives and the adaptability to thrive in dynamic, global teams. 
  • Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for collaborating across our global network. 
The Program Journey

As a Trainee Digital Talent, you will spend your first 18 months in an immersive rotational onboarding phase to build a 360-degree view of our global operations:
  • Rotational Structure: Complete six three-month assignment, four within Digital Business Services and two within Strategic Business Units such as Product Management, Sales, or Market Organizations. 
  • International Exposure: One assignment will be international, allowing you to build a cross-cultural professional network. 
  • Mentorship: You will be paired with a global mentor from a different geographic region during the program. • Long-term Placement: Upon completion of the 18-month rotation, you will move into a meaningful role within Mettler Toledo, where you can apply your experience, deepen your expertise, and contribute to impactful digital initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A Master’s degree in Informatics, STEM, or related fields.
  • Practical experience or internships in the digital domain.
  • A passionate, results-driven mindset with strong learning agility and a proactive attitude.
  • Resilience and dedication to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • Openness and adaptability to thrive in diverse, global environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
