Supply Chain Analytics Specialist
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted November 12, 2025 Job ID 20637- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, especially Global Trade Compliance, to optimize supply chain processes and implement workflows that reduce costs and mitigate compliance risks
- Use statistical analysis, NLP and machine learning techniques to extract meaning from unstructured data and perform advanced text analysis
- Streamline internal and external supply chain reporting processes to ensure compliance and drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain supply chain models to support decision making
- Foster data literacy within the organization by providing training and mentorship to other teams across the company
- Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate and present data-driven analyses and recommendations to colleagues across multiple hierarchy levels
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and especially trade compliance analytics
- You have an academic degree in Natural Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field of study
- Ideally you already have several years of work experience in a data-related field or SCM
- You have technical skills in BI and visualization (SAC, PowerBI) and knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc.)
- Knowledge in SAP, Machine Learning, AI and project management is a plus
- You are a well-structured, data driven, analytical, detail-oriented and communicative person who likes to collaborate with multicultural colleagues
- Knowledge in trade compliance topics and regulations is a plus
- You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
