Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Our Global Supply Chain Management organization is looking to expand our advanced analytics capabilities with a dedicated focus on Trade Compliance. For our Supply Chain Data & Analytics Team in Nänikon we are looking for a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist 100% (all genders).

In this role, you will leverage analytical skills to generate actionable insights that help reduce risk and complexity in our supply chain, with a special emphasis on ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and policies.

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, especially Global Trade Compliance, to optimize supply chain processes and implement workflows that reduce costs and mitigate compliance risks
  • Use statistical analysis, NLP and machine learning techniques to extract meaning from unstructured data and perform advanced text analysis
  • Streamline internal and external supply chain reporting processes to ensure compliance and drive efficiency 
  • Develop and maintain supply chain models to support decision making
  • Foster data literacy within the organization by providing training and mentorship to other teams across the company
  • Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate and present data-driven analyses and recommendations to colleagues across multiple hierarchy levels
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and especially trade compliance analytics
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role: 
  • You have an academic degree in Natural Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field of study
  • Ideally you already have several years of work experience in a data-related field or SCM
  • You have technical skills in BI and visualization (SAC, PowerBI) and knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc.)
  • Knowledge in SAP, Machine Learning, AI and project management is a plus
  • You are a well-structured, data driven, analytical, detail-oriented and communicative person who likes to collaborate with multicultural colleagues
  • Knowledge in trade compliance topics and regulations is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
