In unserem Geschäftsbereich der Analytischen Chemie befassen wir uns mit Messgeräten, Sensoren und Lösungen, die auf dem Markt über ein hervorragendes Image verfügen. Für unseren Standort in Nänikon suchen wir einen engagierten und einsatzfreudigen Programm Manager GEP (w/m/d)

GEP (Link: Good Electrochemistry Practice) ist ein Programm zur Verwaltung des Lebenszyklus unserer Messsysteme mit dem Ziel, die Bedürnisse unserer Kunden in allen Phasen besser zu erfüllen. Als Programm Manager GEP haben Sie bei uns die Chance, den Innovationsprozess entscheidend zu beeinflussen und auf internationalem „Terrain“ agieren zu können.


Ihre Aufgaben:
Sie leiten unser GEP Programm. Das beinhaltet unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Die Erstellung von Hilfsmitteln für Kunden, Verkäufer und Distributoren über den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Messsysteme, deren Markteinfühurng und Überwachung der Verwendung
  • Die Koordination und die Planung mit GxP (Link: Good Measuring Practices | Laboratory) als übergeordneter Gruppeninitiative
  • Die Koordination und die Planung mit eCom Verantwortlichen zur Verbesserung existierender online Angebote
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Market Support Gruppe und dem Marketing, um das GEP Programm durch Aktivitäten und Initiativen zu stärken

Im Zentrum der Systeme zur Messung von pH, Leitfähigkeit, gelöstem Sauerstoff und anderen Parametern stehen unsere Sensoren. Das Produkte Management unseres Sensor-Portfolios ist integraler Bestandteil der Aufgaben des GEP Programm Managers:

  • Die Identifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Festlegung der Marktanforderungen für neue Produkte durch kontinuierliche Marktforschung, inkl. Konkurrenzanalysen
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Forschung & Entwicklung im Requirements Engineering und mit dem Operations Team während des Entwicklungsprozesses neuer Innovationen
  • Die Bildung der Schnittstelle zwischen der Entwicklungsabteilung, Marketing, Kunden, Vertriebs- und Serviceorganisationen 
  • Die Mitarbeit in der Produktbetreuungsgruppe, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualität existierender Produkte sicherzustellen 

Unsere Forschung und Entwicklung, sowie die Produktion der Sensoren sind in Urdorf (Schweiz), in Billerica (USA) und in China (Shanghai) beheimatet. Es ist mit einer Reisetätigkeit von ca. 10%-15% zu rechnen.

Ihr Profil
Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position: 

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (FH/ETH) als Chemiker, Chemieingenieur, Lebensmittel-Chemiker oder gleichwertiges.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Produkt- oder Programm Management ist von Vorteil, Erfahrungen im Verkauf und Marketing ein Plus
  • Selbständig, initiativ, flexibel sowie teamorientiert mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsdenken
  • Ein exzellenter Kommunikator und Networker mit einem gesunden Mass an Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch setzen wir voraus, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
