Product Manager Melting Point / Dropping Point
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted August 13, 2026 Job ID 22861- Own the full product lifecycle for our Melting Point and Dropping Point portfolio, driving its success and shaping its future market fit.
- Drive promotion of our solutions through market organizations with a strong value-selling approach.
- Develop sales and marketing tools to support effective execution and portfolio promotion.
- Plan and execute sales trainings, events, and market introductions in collaboration with the market support group, ensuring a strong go-to-market approach.
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with our market organizations based on segment, workflow, and application knowledge.
- Act as internal and external product expert, supporting sales and key customers for technical/application issues.
- Develop market requirements, define product vision and business case and for new solutions and drive product development projects in close collaboration with R&D.
- You have a background in Science, Engineering or a related field (e.g. University/FH degree in Chemistry), ideally with laboratory experience.
- You bring 3 years of relevant work experience, for example in product management or a similar role, preferably within an international environment of a global matrix organization.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build networks and communicate effectively across functions and levels.
- You combine strong customer focus with an analytical mindset, a proactive approach, and commercial acumen to identify business opportunities.
- You demonstrate strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, excellent prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- You are willing and able to travel up to 10–15%.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is considered a strong asset.
