Hiring BDM Sales (Key Accounts)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Increase market share in Key Accounts. Develop uniformity across multi locational accounts in terms of applications, scope and pricing.
  • Support FSRs with qualification of solutions to ensure faster response to market. Work Closely with customers. Sales and SBU teams to ensure faster closure of technical scope.
  • To provide technical support to the sales team (provide solution for different applications, validate application feasibility & conduct product trials, technical presentation to customers, coordinate with SBU technical team/ local engineering & BM for special applications- pre & post sales, order execution, conduct training & build local sales team's competence).
  • Work closely with BDMs for opportunity build up, order closures and execution
  • To coordinate with service & technical support team to resolve critical technical issues at customer's end.
  • To maintain relationship with key decision makers & influencers in KA & major projects
  • Overall Industry Knowledge. Food & pharma segment process knowledge, familiarity with processing & packaging lines & machineries.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Qualifications and Technical Skills: Degree / Diploma in Engineering. (Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Industrial Electronics). Should be technically very sound and comfortable handling & operating equipment's. Should have worked on high value capital goods. Should have worked with Global and Large Indian FMCG and pharma (having multiple sites) companies.
  • Overall and Specific Experience: Must have 8 - 10 years of experience of working with high value technical products. Strong understanding of customer processes in Food and Pharma manufacturing
