Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Site Manager (SM) serves as a coordinator for both the field teams and customers within
the service support operations team, acting as the primary leader for specific contracts and business areas to provide world-class support to our customers. Will collaborate with the Operations Managers, Reclaim
Specialists, and Warehouse/Logistic/production teams to fulfill orders. The SM is responsible for assuring all
inspection and support equipment is properly maintained and ready for immediate deployment as well as
managing Reclaim Specialists assigned under them, to assure all internal and mobile applications projects are facilitated accurately in accordance with the specific contractual requirements of the application and to MT Reclaim procedures and best practices. Additionally, driving continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. What you will do

  • Coordinate/oversee scheduling of Reclaim Specialists, production, and logistics teams to fulfill inhouse
  • and mobile inspection applications to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Translate company strategy into clear regional priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize scheduling, resource utilization, and customer
  • communication
  • Manage X-ray cabinet asset deployment to optimize revenue potential
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation
  • point when complex service situations arise.
  • Act as primary inspection officer for key customer accounts
  • At-site and in-house demonstrations of our X-ray detection technologies, inspection processes,
  • and data traceability
  • Coordinate with local channel partners to develop/maintain relationships with local producers for
  • implementation of our services as the primary service provider regarding foreign material
  • contamination instances
  • Drive process improvements and embrace new tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and

  • the customer experience. Maintain all inspection equipment to prevent/reduce downtime and
  • assure assets are prepared for immediate dispatch and/or internal use

What You Need to Succeed
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at the same time and prioritize the needs of customers in
  • order of severity
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Simultask imaging software, cloud-based
  • storage solutions, other specialized applications, and the ability to transfer data between
  • Self-governable with minimal oversight
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, internal teams, and technical
  • SMEs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight time constraints
  • Customer focused
  • Detail-oriented
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious performance targets.
  • An adaptive leadership style that combines clear expectations with support, coaching, and
  • recognition.
  • High levels of energy, integrity, and professionalism, even under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and
  • engage at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for developing people, solving problems, and improving how work gets done.
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and distribution systems specific to Eagle PI and Simultask
  • imaging software
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while on the job
  • Formal Electronics Training or equivalent professional experience; a Bachelor of Science in
  • Engineering Technology is preferred
