- Coordinate/oversee scheduling of Reclaim Specialists, production, and logistics teams to fulfill inhouse
- and mobile inspection applications to fulfill contractual obligations
- Translate company strategy into clear regional priorities, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize scheduling, resource utilization, and customer
- communication
- Manage X-ray cabinet asset deployment to optimize revenue potential
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation
- point when complex service situations arise.
- Act as primary inspection officer for key customer accounts
- At-site and in-house demonstrations of our X-ray detection technologies, inspection processes,
- and data traceability
- Coordinate with local channel partners to develop/maintain relationships with local producers for
- implementation of our services as the primary service provider regarding foreign material
- contamination instances
- Drive process improvements and embrace new tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and

- the customer experience. Maintain all inspection equipment to prevent/reduce downtime and
- assure assets are prepared for immediate dispatch and/or internal use

- Ability to coordinate several projects at the same time and prioritize the needs of customers in
- order of severity
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Simultask imaging software, cloud-based
- storage solutions, other specialized applications, and the ability to transfer data between
- Self-governable with minimal oversight
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, internal teams, and technical
- SMEs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight time constraints

- A proven track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious performance targets.

- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and distribution systems specific to Eagle PI and Simultask
- imaging software
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while on the job
- Formal Electronics Training or equivalent professional experience; a Bachelor of Science in
- Engineering Technology is preferred
