Internal Account Manager
Location Milan, Lombardy Date posted January 30, 2025 Job ID 18492- achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs;
- managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals);
- identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
- proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
- working with Sales Manager on complex deals;
- being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints
- at least 1- 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Telesales);
- intermediate level of English;
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
- excellent negotiation skills.
- SAP CRM knowledge is a plus
