- Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries (calls, emails, and online requests) with a focus on timely, high-quality service
- Qualify, route, and track leads to ensure effective follow-up by Sales Representatives
- Engage customers to generate interest, answer questions, and guide them through the early stages of the sales cycle
- Support lead generation efforts and submit qualified opportunities for Field Sales pursuit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring integrity across systems
- Assist Sales Representatives with quoting, lead nurturing, and pipeline support to maximize productivity
- Monitor trends, share insights, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
- Build working knowledge of Product Inspection products, services, and internal systems (SAP CRM/ECC)
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Make sound decisions on when to involve cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Accounting) to support customer needs
- At least 2-3 years in sales, customer service and/or marketing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn our products and sell our service contracts
- The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems
- Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly
- Inbound or outbound call center experience or worked in a sales development role before is a plus
