Finance Business Partner
Location Leicester, England Date posted April 23, 2025 Job ID 19259- Deliver comprehensive reports and analyses to all business users, enhancing their understanding of financial data.
- Collaborate with the Financial Shared Services Centre (FSSC) to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Area Managers (BAMs) and department heads to provide tailored financial support.
- Conduct monthly reviews, preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans that align with business objectives.
- Ensure the timely completion of month-end activities and perform in-depth analysis of results.
- Analyse sales, product performance, inventory levels, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategies that enhance profitability.
- Accurately calculate and prepare monthly commission and bonus payments.
- Undertake various projects, investigations, and additional tasks as required to support business growth.
- Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in SAP and BI reporting tools.
- High competence in Excel, with experience in data handling and manipulation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical and analytical reasoning skills.
- Flexible to business demands and process-oriented.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, with the ability to explain financial concepts to a non-finance audience.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of planning, organising, and prioritising work activities while avoiding duplication of effort.
