Mid-Atlantic Field Service Technician

- Performing calibrations and preventative maintenance following company procedures and customer requirements
- Providing basic end-user training and resolving first-line customer concerns
- Collaborating with scheduling and service support teams to meet targets and control expenses
- Maintaining accurate inventory and complying with safety and quality standards
- Promoting service offerings and submitting sales leads
- Ensuring company vehicle maintenance and timely completion of all paperwork using company systems
- High School Diploma or GED; technical education or experience in engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or related fields preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in process analytics field service and hands-on mechanical experience in electromechanical or pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-facing experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel up to 80-100%. Territory includes New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, DC, West Virginia, eastern Pennsylvania, New York City, and Long Island.
- Candidates must live in Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, or eastern Pennsylvania.
