Customer Care Manager
Location Columbia, Maryland, United States Date posted July 02, 2026 Job ID 22497 Pay Range $89,000 - $105,000- Lead, train, and inspire the customer care team, overseeing quoting, order entry, and invoicing to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee order fulfillment to guarantee accurate and timely processing from order receipt to delivery.
- Manage resolution of complex customer issues to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor and manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collections, proactively addressing overdue accounts.
- Drive process improvements while ensuring SOX compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Support bid preparation, contract negotiations, and act as the primary contact for Letters of Credit and related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration or other related field
- Five to seven years of accounting and/or Customer Service experience; or equivalent combinations of experience and education
- Three years supervisory experience
- Experience with SAP highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Experience working with international business colleagues would be ideal
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at Level 2, along with basic internet navigation skills.
