- Identify and qualify leads by assessing business challenges, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline.
- Nurture early-stage prospects through consistent, informative conversations that build trust and prepare them for future sales engagement.
- Capture all lead and contact data in SAP CRM, ensuring timely and accurate updates on interactions, progress, and next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and provide insights on lead performance and market trends.
- Partner with external sales representatives to hand off qualified opportunities for closure and track progress to conversion.
- Generate actionable feedback for management by recognizing recurring customer needs, market patterns, or opportunities for new service offerings.
- Serve as a cross-functional resource, supporting other divisions as needed to meet sales objectives.
- Maintain ongoing knowledge of company product lines, service offerings, and value propositions to communicate effectively with customers.
- Demonstrate polished phone and interpersonal skills to engage business decision-makers professionally and confidently.
- Learn and proficiently use the SAP CRM system and related support tools to manage leads, campaigns, and customer records.
- Consistently achieve assigned call volume, lead generation, and conversion goals through focused and strategic outreach.
- Compile, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, highlighting trends and potential improvements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and collaboration across departments.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English) required—must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages with customers and colleagues
