Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Location Columbus, Ohio Date posted January 29, 2025 Job ID 18585 Pay Range -- Generating and distributing payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
- Performs audits of scheduled and non-scheduled payrolls ensuring accuracy
- Performs monthly and quarterly payroll audits, in accordance with state and federal regulation
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and accurate information
- Monitors and troubleshoots interface errors from vendor to vendor
- Conduct audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Provides support for external audits related to payroll and benefits
- Provides general payroll processing support
- Processes various vendor invoices
- Competent in preserving confidential information.
- Other duties many be assigned to meet business needs
- Intermediate to advanced working experience in Excel with basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
