Location Columbus, Ohio, United States Date posted June 02, 2026 Job ID 22208- Retrieve materials from designated storage locations with high accuracy based on production paperwork.
- Place parts into boxes as directed by production orders and work instructions ensuring no damage will occur.
- Place parts in crates using a crane as necessary, kits may not have packing work instructions as some are engineered to order.
- Deliver kits to designated storage locations as needed.
- Retrieve materials for orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
- Locate and pick material using technology.
- Operate forklifts including counterbalance forklift, standup forklift, and Bendi Forklift.
- Participate in proactive facility safety initiatives.
- Complete LEAN Trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment a plus.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing operation.
- Ability to read basic prints, tape measures, decimals and fractions.
- Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality record.
- Experience in reading, comprehending, and following work instructions.
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work overtime when required (occasional weekends or on short notice).
- Ability and willingness to change positions and priorities quickly throughout the day.
- Ability and drive to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
- Ability to learn basic computer skills involving SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Understand and strictly adhere to all hazardous material shipping guidelines.
- Ability to operate all MTMS forklifts, including but not limited to: Counterbalance, Stand up, & Bendi
- Ability to work overtime when required (some on weekends)
