Location Columbus, Ohio, United States Date posted May 20, 2026 Job ID 22067- Complete daily work from a production schedule utilizing blueprints, standard work, and work instructions.
- Accurately enter data into the ERP (e.g., SAP) system and ensure that inventory is accurately stated.
- Maintain quality throughout the process.
- Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, assist other departments, and complete other related duties as required to fulfill customer orders.
- Setup and operate Saw and Tumble Blast.
- Aid in operation of Large Brake.
- Handle material for Plasma Area with Crane.
- Contribute to facility 5S and Lean initiatives.
- Operate fork trucks and cranes.
- Perform daily activities safely.
- Identify and implement safety improvements.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and interpret standard blueprints and other engineered documentation.
- Ability to read tape measure.
- Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with torches, cutters, staplers, hand/pneumatic tools, and hand tools (hammers, torque wrench, crow bars, etc.).
- Ability to safely operate Jib and overhead cranes.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
- Ability to perform quality inspections on own work and the work of others based on set expectations.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to learn basic computer skills involving SAP, TPM and Microsoft Office.
- Ability and drive to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details.
- Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to work overtime when required (some on weekends).
