- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Experience in safety incident classification, investigation procedures, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- High level of comfort developing and delivering training and motivational presentations to all levels of associates. Experience with DOT regulations.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and work experience that includes compliance issues with EPA, OSHA, and state and local authorities.
