- 负责工艺开发(测试、装配、焊接、胶封等)
- 负责样品试制及工艺改善优化
- 主导DfM持续优化改进
- 持续改善(60%)
- 负责横向工艺管理，推进传感器制造工艺能力持续提升(测试、装配、焊接、封装等)
- 结合智能制造等新技术开发创新的、高效低成本的新工艺，持续优化工艺流程，提高过程质量、生产效率
- 推进数字化工具应用，通过生产数据挖掘和分析寻找改善机会，并推进解决，实现产品质量和生产效率的大幅提升
- 精益改善，熟练应用精益工具寻找并改进生产流程中的短板和浪费，通过精益生产方法来优化生产线布局、员工培训和设备配置，实现生产成本的降低和效率的提高
- 参与新设备开发，负责技术要求及工艺/功能验收
- 搭建ME 专业工艺知识库，打造预防性控制及防止再发生的闭环工艺系统
- 工艺维护(20%)
- 工艺流程、PFMEA、Control Plan、作业指导书、BOM、Routing等工艺管理
- 产能管理：定期产能分析计算，识别产能瓶颈，制定改善措施，推动改善完成
- MES系统搭建及配置维护
- 生产相关的工装、夹具开发
- 及时响应生产过程的工艺相关问题，达成生产效率、质量等目标
- 技能
- 数字化/AI相关技能
- 熟练使用CAD, CREO , Office 等工具软件
- 精益知识及应用能力
- 教育
- 本科或以上学历
- 机械、机电或相关专业
- 工作经验：3年及以上制造类工作经验
- 其它：自驱力强，良好的项目管理、跨团队协作、英文交流能力
