- 作为核心成员负责新产品开发项目
- 按项目需求探索关键领域的设计方案
- 负责项目风险管理，并对项目成本，时间及资源进行管控
- 与产品经理 、运营、质量控制、供应链等协同工作
- APL项目
- 负责设计改进项目管理，对现有产品进行设计维护
- 对现有产品进行持续升级，质量改进及成本优化
- 为现有产品线提供日常技术支持
- SPL项目
- 按客户特定需求进行IW部门产品的定制化设计
- 负责定制化的方案设计，并与PM及国、内外客户进行方案沟通与确认
- 技术研究
- 评估和推动新技术或新应用，提升产品的竞争能力
- 教育背景：
- 电子及相关专业研究生及以上学历
- 专业技能要求：
- 具有较强的模拟、数字、嵌入式系统的硬件设计能力
- 熟练掌握硬件设计软件，尤其能够熟练掌握使用Mentors 硬件设计软件更佳
- 熟练掌握电子硬件开发相关的EMC设计及测试
- 能够熟练利用必要软硬件工具对设计硬件进行调试诊断分析
- 能够编制底层驱动对设计硬件进行功能测试诊断调试验证
- 其它：
- 具体有良好的技术钻研和问题解决能力
- 良好的团队合作和沟通能力
- 具备很强的责任心和自我驱动力
- 项目管理能力及有项目管理经验
- 对产品生命周期、开发、释放和支持流程有丰富经验者优先
- 英文说写流利者优先
