Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • NPDI management in compliance with PLM (60%)
    • Manage project team across various functional teams
    • NPDI design and define according to inputs 
    • Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and dependency
    • Key technique solutions and risks management
    • New structure design with AutoCAD and 3D with Creo and FEA analysis 
    • Project milestone review and report with global regularly
    • NPDI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line, quality, and SCM 
  • Existing project MOL (20%)
    • Maintain the mechanical part of existing products
    • Continuously improve and optimize the quality and cost of live products
    • Daily technical support for engineer, PM, customer, or the other department
  • Pre-study and new technology development (20%) 
    • Responsible for the introduction of new technology, new process, new methods
    • Follow pre-study project management and output research report
    • Consolidate existing document and compose to R&D guideline
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education
    • Master degree of mechanical or automation engineering
  • Working Experience
    • Mechanical engineering and technical field of at least 3 years
    • Better to have experience in weighing instrument
  • Professional skill
    • Well product design and stress analysis capability
    • Familiar with 3D modeling and FEA
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Good team working spirit
    • Strong management and process control experience
