Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for new product development and mechanical design, assist the product manager in conducting project feasibility analysis, and ensure that the progress, cost and quality of new product development meet market input requirements; Be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and design quality of the design output in accordance with the product development procedure
  • Be responsible for the daily maintenance of existing products and BMIC projects, including handling product transfer, localization, quality issues, continuous improvement, cost reduction, etc
  • Actively develop and apply new technologies, new processes and new methods, and make good technological reserves
  • Be responsible for the main design and drawing review of relevant products in this department, personnel training, technical guidance and other work
  • According to the business development needs, complete other temporary work and tasks assigned by superiors
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design or related fields
  • More than 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, familiar with material mechanics, mechanical processing technology and structural design
  • Capable of independently undertaking new product design work. Candidates with experience in project management or precision injection mold and product design are preferred 
  • Proficient in using 3D design software such as Autodesk Inventor, Pro/ E. Those who can draw with Illustrator or use FEA finite element analysis tools are preferred 
  • Proactive, strong learning ability, and willing to share; Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities 
  • Good comprehensive English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of daily communication and interaction with foreign teams, and able to adapt to domestic and international business trips
