- 学习并使用 Docker、Kubernetes 等工具构建容器化推理服务。
- 参与搭建基础的 MLOps 流水线，支持模型版本管理与自动化部署。
- 配合团队进行模型性能测试，包括延迟、吞吐量和资源占用分析。
- 学习模型优化技术（如量化、ONNX 转换），协助适配边缘或嵌入式设备部署需求。
- 参与监控系统搭建，了解如何追踪模型在生产中的表现与稳定性。
- 积极参与团队技术分享，持续学习 AI 工程领域的最新工具与实践。
- 计算机、电子、自动化或相关专业背景，至少3年软件/AI/系统开发经验。
- 熟悉Java开发，熟练掌握文件I/O、多线程、并发控制等后端开发技术。
- 熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis技术栈。
- 熟练掌握Maven工具的使用。
- 了解机器学习基本概念（如训练/推理、模型格式），有课程项目或实习经验者优先。
- 对 Docker、Linux、RESTful API 或云服务（如 Azure）有初步接触或学习兴趣。
- 具备较强的学习能力、责任心和团队协作精神，愿意在实践中快速成长。
