Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • 参与需求分析并抽取其中的共性需求，负责解决方案设计。
  • 负责可复用的技术模块开发以便能够广泛应用到公司其他部门类似应用。
  • 建立相互理解，弥合文化与运营差距，充分发挥全球与本地优势的最大潜力。
  • 为管理人员和员工开展人工智能技术与治理方面的培训。
  • 评估并确保AI相关技术选型的合规性。
  • 跟踪全球 AI 监管动态（如欧盟、美国、中国等），评估新规对公司 AI 产品与业务的影响，并提出应对建议。
  • 评估未来潜在应用与已有算力资源的差距，参与算力规划推动新算力解决方案拓展、部署。
  • 与产品、研发、法务、数据科学团队协作，将治理要求嵌入 AI 产品开发生命周期（AI SDLC）。
  • 承担DBS 中国 AI 团队的负责人职责。
What You Need to Succeed
  • 计算机科学、数据科学相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 了解主流 AI 治理框架（如 EU AI Act、NIST AI RMF、中国 AI 监管政策）者优先。
  • 具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目协调能力，能与技术与非技术团队有效协作。
  • 中英文读写流利，能阅读国际法规文件并撰写清晰的政策或评估报告。
  • 有科技公司合规、数据保护（DPO 支持）、ESG 或伦理审查委员会经验。（加分项）
