SAP Developer Professional

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing applications using ABAP, SAP MDG, WebDynpro, HANA and other related technologies,
  • Applying design methodologies and tool sets; completing configuration and programming; designing and conducting development tests,
  • Taking part in the workshops and other meetings to understand the requirements, functional and technical scope of requested changes and the priorities on the business side,
  • Coordinating development tasks, attending team meetings, and troubleshooting issues across master data management areas,
  • Delivering hypercare and ongoing application maintenance support to users of systems managed by the DG Product Team(s),
  • Presenting strong ownership of driven changes, supporting delivery, and making sure that change properly goes through its lifecycle,
  • Recommending system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of the SAP MDG and other related standard application offerings vs custom development
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.  
  • Present strong ownership of driven changes, support delivery, and make sure that change properly goes through its lifecycle. 
  • Ensure adherence to our development of the operating model and guidelines as well as best practices (code quality, performance optimization, Documentation Quality). Actively participate in the Code Quality review process. 
  • Be a strong partner for your counterparts in the functional Product teams to implement the business needs.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Basic knowedge on Assist in the design and development of custom SAPUI5 applications and the enhancement of standard SAP Fiori apps.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field,
  • Minimum of 3 years' SAP ABAP experience,
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in SAP MDG, 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level),
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Structured, detailed working methodology; continuous improvement approach and process oriented,
  • Likes to work in a Global and fast-moving environment.
  • Strong knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented concepts, SAP Enhancement concepts, BADIs, User-Exits, Interfacing technologies (Proxy, BDOC) and RFC. Good to have knowledge on SAP Cloud platform and programing model (BTP). 
  • Knowledge of HANA (ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) - is plus.  
  • Excellent analytical, debugging skills and Problem-Solving skills 
  • Understanding on Agile development process – is plus. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and willingness to learn, Self-motivated, positive attitude.  
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
