Digital Marketing Analytics-Senior

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Digital Marketing Analytics assignments
  • Manage risks, issues, and opportunities proactively
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements 
  • Obtain and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing campaigns and activities
  • Provide performance reporting and translate complex data sets into actionable dashboards and insights 
  • Identify trends, opportunities and anomalies, and recommend website content updates to support current and future business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in teams such as Website Management, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Advertising (SEA, Display & Social Media Advertising), Social Media and Marketing Automation
  • Conduct data analysis and maintain / update presentations and slides for internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Execute operations using Adobe Analytics (AA), SQL, Report Builder, Microsoft Excel, KNIME and SharePoint
  • Perform feature and regression testing for new and existing features in related digital marketing areas
  • Provide trainings to new Adobe Analytics users
  • Provide ongoing support for Adobe Analytics community in market and product organization

What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics
  • Experience with Web and Campaign Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Basic familiarity with Agile (SCRUM)
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; have good concentration
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent language skills in English
  • Experience working with international stakeholders (US, Europe & Asia)
  • Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner
  • Ability to deliver high quality results paying attention to detail
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance.
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural team and good team player 
  • Excellent communication skills and soft skills 
  • Experience in handling matrixed organizations and ability to work with cross functional teams and customer stakeholders.
