Join METTLER TOLEDO’s Inside Sales Team and be the first point of contact for Product Inspection customers—helping them find the right service solutions while driving sales growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries into qualified leads and support Field Sales in delivering an exceptional customer experience. What you’ll do
  • Manage inbound customer demand through the Service Parts inbox, including calls, emails, and mt.com requests for pricing, availability, and quotes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, building interest in METTLER TOLEDO Service and guiding customers through the sales cycle.
  • Qualify and distribute leads to the appropriate Sales Representatives for follow-up; enter and pursue select leads through closure.
  • Support Field Sales with quoting and lead-nurturing activities to help maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM data to ensure database integrity.
  • Provide team leadership with regular updates on recurring issues, customer trends, and opportunities for improved sales approaches.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Product Inspection product lines, service offerings, and internal sales systems, including SAP CRM and ECC.
  • Make sound, timely decisions on daily processes and determine when to engage Sales, Marketing, Accounting, or other teams regarding discounts, special terms, escalations, or opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with internal and external customers, identifying process or communication breakdowns and recommending solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Support teams in a fast-paced, variable environment to meet operational and sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 2-3 years in sales, customer service and/or marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs 
  • A daring spirit and a preference for work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn our products and sell our service contracts
  • The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems
  • Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly
  • Inbound or outbound call center experience or worked in a sales development role before is a plus
