    Join us as a Smart Manufacturing Engineer! In this exciting, new role, you'll get to design and improve cutting-edge manufacturing processes using the latest smart technologies like IoT, AI, and automation. Your mission? To boost production efficiency, enhance quality, and promote sustainability while working alongside a fantastic team. You'll use lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and data analysis to spot areas for improvement and put smart solutions into action.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement smart manufacturing strategies to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
    • Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
    • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate IoT solutions and data analytics into manufacturing operations.
    • Utilize machine learning and AI to enhance process controls and predictive maintenance strategies.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new manufacturing technologies.
    • Train and support manufacturing staff on new technologies and processes.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing operations.
    • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
    • Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management on performance and improvement initiatives.
    • Act as retrofit coordinator for business and drive adoption of MT DBS tools (SAP/LMES).
    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
    • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role, preferably in a smart manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years).
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Familiarity with IoT technologies, data analytics, and automation systems.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
    • Strong presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
