Join our team as a key driver of talent acquisition, shaping the future of our organization by connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruiting process—from developing creative sourcing strategies and building strong talent pipelines to screening, interviewing, and recommending top candidates for a variety of roles and organizational levels. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, leverage professional networks and employee referrals, and champion an engaging, efficient candidate experience. Success in this role also means ensuring every step of the hiring process reflects our commitment to equal opportunity and compliance with all applicable employment laws. 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop talent strategies that support current and future workforce needs. 
  • Lead hiring strategy discussions and provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting recommendations. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. 
  • Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through strategic sourcing and networking. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the hiring process. 
  • Assess candidate qualifications and present high-quality talent aligned with business needs. Leverage recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and industry insights to influence hiring decisions. 
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, community groups, and external talent networks. 
  • Manage recruiting partners, referral programs, and other talent attraction initiatives. 
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while promoting our employer brand.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Marketing, Business Administration is preferred. 
  • An understanding of human resources principles and practices. 
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of recruiting/staffing experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 
  • Tact, diplomacy and the ability to enlist the support of others are essential. Proven ability to work with all levels of employees required. 
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment. 
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Proven PC skills and experience using various software packages are required, i.e. Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience in developing spreadsheets and Recruiting metrics is strongly preferred.
