Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Working alongside a Field Service Technician, helping them to perform their daily duties.

•Following daily service visits schedule through careful coordination with their Area Service Leader.

•While on site at customer facilities, assisting the Field Service Tech to provide pipette repair and calibration services.

•Representing Rainin to customer in a professional and positive manner.

•Ability to work as part of a small team.

•Completes service reports and expense reports and is responsible for maintaining service equipment and parts inventory.

•When available, assists in Service Center production activities as assigned by the Area Service Leader

•Travel out of local area of up to 50% of the time required to support the business, including overnight travel up to 25% of the time.

Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Must have strong interpersonal and verbal (English) communication skills.

Must have good written communication skills, as there will be frequent email communication with customers and associates and daily completion of service reports.

Must have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to disassemble and reassemble small precision mechanical instruments.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

This opportunity would travel 50-85% of the time.
