At METTLER TOLEDO, We're seeking an experienced, ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of winning and growing business within a field-based sales environment.
As a Field Sales Specialist, you will:
- Drive sales growth across our Industrial product portfolio.
- Identify and develop high-potential accounts and new business opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
- Develop account penetration strategies based on market and customer insights.
- Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to maximise sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate across business units to deliver complete customer solutions.
- Support customer engagement through joint visits, seminars, and events.
- Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven success in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
- Skilled in account development, and pipeline management.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer activity and sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within a designated territory.
