    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Role/Purpose:
    This position will be responsible for End-to-End PIUS-PO order management for product or 
    service parts related sales orders.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    The PO Order Manager is the subject matter expert on lead times, sales processes and order management for the PO. Internal customers ("MO's"), will rely on this position for product order status updates, resolution of problems, shipment scheduling where applicable, and managing any concerns related to their order fulfillment. 

    Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Ensure required customer inputs are provided by non-SAP MO's, and are appropriate (e.g., specifications, clarity of expectations and use, etc.)
    • Without approval, dictate changes in production scheduling and planning, to Schedulers and Planners. 
    • Manage order acknowledgement process for non-SAP MO's
    • Analyze E2E delivery performance with a focus of continuous improvement 
    • Manage customer visits and factory acceptance tests (FAT) for non-SAP MO's
    • Provide the internal customers (MO's, including Service Organizations) with a single point of contact by managing all interactions from the point of PO sales order entry until the order has shipped.
    • Liaise between the MO's and PO operations, including Engineering, Scheduling, Production, Purchasing, and Outbound.
    • Proactively track and communicate status of orders in:
    • Master Scheduling
    • Engineering (EPO/MIRP)
    • Fabrication, Production and WM Staging (FGPO)
    • Outbound (Delivery/Shipments)
    • Manage and communicate order status to satisfy customer requests dates to improve customer satisfaction
    • Manage change orders and cancellations, and inform the internal customer of associated costs
    • Occasionally, enter sales orders from non-SAP MT Marketing Organizations ("MO's") into CRM, and release into ECC according to defined process flow.
    • Ability to work on-site in Mettler-Toledo office facility. 
    • Execute assigned projects as defined

    What You Need to Succeed
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • High energy and determination to resolve customer order issues.
    • Good task and project management skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
    • Ability to provide informative and professional assistance when working with internal customers and co-workers, including maintaining positive interpersonal relationships which encourage openness.
    • Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to produce accurate, professional and error-free information
    • Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to be a leader in dealing with multinational corporations.
    • Maintain professional attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills. 
    • Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus
    This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.

    Minimum Education / Experience Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; High-school diploma required
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management or working with internal stakeholders required
    • SAP experience a plus
