Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound requests from accounts related to leads, opportunities, and quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for low-value product quotations and post-sale inquiries.
• Nurture high-value leads and re-engage dormant accounts through effective phone and email communication.Assist in generating sales revenue by quoting low-value opportunities for existing customers and managing the sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls to maintain accurate customer/prospect records in the CRM.
• Schedule at least 50% of sales force guidance appointments for the strategic business unit.
• Generate and follow up on mid-low value quotes for the division.
• Capture complete and accurate information in the CRM.
• Understand customer needs, monitor preferences, handle objections, and manage e-lead escalations and complaints..
