Field Sales Representative Industry

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative in the industry market segment, you will be responsible for the direct sales of industrial weighing systems, and services to manufacturing plants, machine builders and system integrators. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and closing sales. Your primary objective is to understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and productivity. You will report directly to Country Manager of Ukrainian office and collaborate with the Head of the Industry Department for Middle European Countries region.  

Duties:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers;
  • Implement individual sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients;
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies;
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs;
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
  • Preparation of commercial offers;
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system;
  • Participation in the process and procedures for certification of industrial products;
  • Taking care of the good image of the company and adherence to the adopted rules and standards;
What You Need to Succeed
  • Preferred education background: mechanical engineering, industrial automation, metrology or related;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian language; 
  • Good command of the English language; 
  • Experience in sales to the industrial sector will be an advantage;
  • Independence, initiative in action, perfect organization of work;
  • Relationship building skills;
  • Ability to gain technical knowledge;
  • Willingness to travel (1-2 active days per week in field);
  • Valid driving licence;
  • Possibility to work from home (home-office).
